Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and sales lead generation
  • Independent direct sales visits
  • Sales visits and support with distributor network
  • On site customer technical demonstrations and product training
  • Direct promotion and sales of Medical equipment product lines
  • Maintaining and managing CRM records and opportunities for the area

Products:

Autoclave, Washers, DHS, Isolator, Glove box, Pure steam generator and multiple Distiller.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan target market activities and develop key account strategy
  • Review existing customer accounts and generate leads and new markets for company’s products
  • Actively promote Saksham products to existing and potential customers
  • Administer and coordinate all in-house sales inquiries / activities
  • Survey the market and estimate Esco market share in all major product categories, competitor market share and strategies
  • Attend site visits, sales meeting and presentation
  • Review customers’ enquiries, liaise with clients, internal departments and relevant parties
  • Handle sales contact, quotation, invoice, delivery schedule
  • Perform full sales function including pre-sales and support after sales activities
  • Prepare and update sales report, customers’ database, CRM system
  • Other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Relevant working experience
  • Negotiation Skill, should have experience in handling projects.
  • Knowledge of commercial terms
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Independent and able to work effectively under pressure
