Marketing Coordinator
 
>> Evaluates existing marketing strategies for different product groups, and proposes improvements and amendments
>> Working with the sales / marketing team to launch and promote new products and services
>> Develops effective marketing strategies based on market research and competitor analysis
>> Coordinates the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials.
>> Excellent command of written and spoken English with technical writing skills
>> Experience with / interest in photography an advantage

Sales Managers
 
Job Scope:
>> Responsible for sales in any of the following territories: East, West, North and South of India
>> Manage distribution channels in country and answer sales and technical enquiries from dealers & distributors
>> Develop, plan and implement policies and activities for the organization's diversification and expansion
>> Play a key role in executing sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives & sales targets
>> Maintain close relationship with existing clients, identify new customers & source for new business
>> Regular travel to meet Customers / Distributors, and attend staff trade shows / exhibitions
 
Requirements:
>> Candidiate must have an international outlook
>> Graduate in an engineering or science-related field
>> Sales experience will be an advantage
>> Good interpersonal and communication skills
>> Innovative, creative and analytical in thinking
>> Excellent written and spoken English required
>> Independent and willing to work long hours

Business Development Manager / Executives
 
Job Scope:
>>

Business Development for a portfolio of product(s) and/or territories. Key deliverables would be top-line and contribution margin growth over a multi-year period.

>>

Product marketing to support the above Business Development objective(s). This includes managing the marketing mix, providing sound, reasoned input into product pricing, distribution, promotion, and the execution of corresponding activities which may include customer education seminars, joint sales call with distributors, sales/service training for distributors, and others. This also includes responsibility for the conceptualization, execution, and distribution of marketing collateral for the assigned product category, working with the Saksham Marketing Communications team.

>>

Function as the "go-to" person within and outside the organization for the assigned product category and/or geographical territory. This requires a high level of planning, organization, communication and execution skills in order to pull together various internal and external stakeholders to achieve the defined Business Objectives.

 
Requirements:
>> Excellent planning, organization, communication and execution skills.
>>

3 – 5 years of experience in Product Marketing and / or Business Development.

>>

. Self-starter. Able to work as an intrapreneur to own and solve his / her own problems.

Bachelors in any Business, Science and / or Engineering field.

Service Engineer
 
>> A pivotal role in providing technical service / service sales
>> Local outdoor position
>> 3 years experience preferred
>> Good communication and interpersonal skills
>> Tests, calibrates and repairs products
>> Graduate, prefereably in Engineering field
 
 
Accountant
 
>> Degree in Commerce
>> 3-4 years of working experience
>> Experience in Tally preferred
 
Order Processing Executive
 
>> Degree / Diploma holder with at least 1 year working experience in a similar job
>> Familiar with L/C negotiation and shipping documentation
>> Mature and possesses positive working attitude
 
Accountant
 
>> Degree in Commerce
